We are thrilled to feature Hunter Palculict for Employee Spotlight! Hunter is a Sprinkler Service Manager at our Texarkana, Arkansas, Division and joined VSC in August 2024. Since joining, Hunter has seen the growth of the Texarkana Division as well as expansion in other divisions.
“Working at VSC opens up a multitude of doors for you. VSC is a company anyone can have a great career with,” Hunter said. Hunter’s proudest achievement has been watching the phenomenal growth of the Division and the team. He has also grown professionally since joining, enhancing his multitasking skills and being able to keep calm and find solutions.
Jeffrey Pritchett, VP Division Manager for the Texarkana Division mentioned Hunter’s self confidence when he first met him. “He exemplifies the team concept that is so important, especially in our Division,” Jeffrey said.
Hunter’s organizational skills have also growth with his time at VSC. He has gone above and beyond, staying late for many deliveries. “He has also gone to jobsites in the middle of the night to check in with our techs. There isn’t much he won’t do to help us get things done. Hunter gives his all,” Jeffrey added.
When Hunter is not at work, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his dog and friends. He also loves music and plays multiple instruments. One day he hopes to visit Lambeau Field to watch a Green Bay Packers game.
We are lucky Hunter is a part of the team and look forward to his continued growth and success.
