Posted on December 9, 2025 by Lauren Milliman
Joseph Wigley from our Rogers Division completed his Level 1 VIP Apprenticeship Certification on October 29th, 2025. Not only did he complete Level 1, he also finished with the highest score on the AFSA Level 1 VIP Review.
This achievement has earned him recognition from several peers who have highlighted how well he was doing and what a role model of a student he has been. He has shown to be a remarkable student and employee. Joseph has also continued to go above and beyond to help other team members stay current with their VIP program.
Milah Pack, Office Manager from Rogers, stated “Joseph sets the perfect example of what it takes to be a Sprinkler Apprentice at VSC Fire & Security. He has taken learning to the next level with how well he retained knowledge while completing his first level of apprenticeship. Joseph completed the course with flying colors. He has shown that by applying yourself to learning the trade, you can succeed with VSC. We are excited to follow along on his progress as he carries with him pride for himself and the pride that we have in supporting him on his venture. Keep up the great work, Joseph!”
Joseph also had some heartfelt words to share when looking back at this milestone, “So far, I have enjoyed the VIP program and am excited to begin the Level 2 course next year. I really appreciate all the support from not only ASFA but from VSC as well. I feel like God placed me in the perfect place with all of you guys!”
During the AFSA Level 1 VIP Apprenticeship course, Joseph learned the introductory lessons to construction components and systems. Next, Joseph will continue his course by being enrolled into the Level 2 VIP Apprentice program starting in January 2026.
We are excited about Joseph’s promising future and are looking forward to what comes next for him. Congratulations to Joseph and others who completed apprenticeship milestones this year!
