VSC Growth in Tennessee

2025 was a year for growth for our Tennessee divisions, driven by increasing demand. Both the Memphis and Nashville Divisions reflect our commitment to serving customers with greater reach, enhanced capabilities, and over 65 years of industry expertise. 

VSC Memphis 

The VSC Memphis Division officially opened in July 2025 after working in the market for some time. Initially, the Memphis team had two Inspectors and one Inspections Sales Member. Since that time, they have grown to 12 team members including opening their Integrated Systems Division for both service and contracts, adding to the sales team, as well as staffing Sprinkler Division for both service and contracts. 

The team hit the ground running and has worked service agreements with local governments, major healthcare organizations, school districts, and more. They have also partnered with local electrical contractors and general contractors on new construction projects in and around the Memphis area, relying on their existing relationships and building new ones with more exciting opportunities on the horizon. 

“In July 2025, we were in a Regus shared office space that was 120 square feet. In December 2025, we were able to move into our new office space, which is close to 10,000 square feet with five private offices, a conference room, an open bullpen for the sales team, and a large breakroom which is great for collaboration and gatherings as well as a big warehouse for expansion!” said Randy Jowers, VP Division Manager. 

Randy went on to say, “Cory Meadors (Integrated Systems Supervisor) and Nick Rudolph (Sprinkler Supervisor) have been huge keys to our growth, especially in execution. The Jonesboro Division has also been assisting us as we built the Memphis division out.”

VSC Nashville 

VSC Nashville opened in mid-summer 2025, and since then has built a talented team and secured new construction projects to date. “We’re part of the VSC family and fully aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy,” said Tim Hardin, VP Division Manager.

With the recent addition of their Inspection Sales team bringing their team to seven employees, Nashville is positioned for significant expansion in 2026. Serving both the Nashville and East Tennessee markets, our Nashville Division continues to strengthen relationships with ownership groups, end users, general contractors, and trade partners. This foundation is fueling our momentum not only in new construction, but across our growing service business as well.

The team is creating great momentum with their current projects including fire alarm, access control systems, campus wide camera systems, telecom – fiber optic transmission, and sprinkler system remodels.
