Through VSC’s registered apprenticeship program, individuals can enter the trade with little to no prior experience and develop into highly skilled professionals through a combination of paid, on-the-job training and structured classroom instruction. 

Apprentices earn while they learn, build real-world skills in the field, and progress toward journey-level status with clear milestones and wage progression along the way.

VSC’s sprinkler fitter apprenticeship program is registered in multiple states, allowing us to offer consistent, high-quality training while meeting state and federal requirements.
