We are excited to highlight Paul Moore for Employee Spotlight. Paul joined VSC in 2025 and is an Operations Manager in our Nashville, Tennessee Division. He initially applied to work at VSC for another position. However, this role came with great opportunity.

Paul has seen the Division grow, starting as a new location along with adding seven additional employees over the past year. “This has allowed VSC to continue to lead the industry across the area,” he said. Paul has worked for all avenues of life safety companies — from nationwide, to mom-and-pop. “VSC has the foundation, experience and footprint of the larger companies, with the security and benefits most employees seek, while maintaining a family-feel at the Division level. It is the best of both worlds,” he said.

Alan Harrigan, VP Division Manager, describes Paul as: “Dedicated and hardworking. He takes pride in what he does. He has been going above and beyond to ensure our GC satisfaction is being met and at the same time taking care of his fitters in the field.”

Professional growth is also something Paul has seen since beginning his time with us. “I feel VSC has given me the opportunity to really put to practice my skill set. Having been an operations manager and a general manager over the past 6 years at previous companies, my hands were always tied on some decisions and implementation. VSC allows me the opportunity to practice not only my management skills but also keeps me on my toes when it comes to getting back in the field when needed,” he said. Paul really appreciates all the support from both the corporate and Division level.

Alan has noticed growth in Paul’s communication with project execution and expected schedule. He has been creative in meeting multiple GC deadlines. “Paul is dedicated, professional and has integrity,” he said.

When Paul is not working, you can find him golfing, fishing, shooting, camping and hiking. And the last book he read? Of course it was NFPA 25. On his bucket list is visiting the Grand Canyon. One day he would like to take his family.

We are thankful for Paul and all he brings to our team. We can’t wait to see what comes next for him!
