Brandon Spalding

Brandon brings over 23 years of legal experience to our organization as in-house counsel. VSC has a long history with Brandon too, during his time at Hirschler Fleischer PC in Richmond, the law firm we have worked with for years. Brandon grew up in Norfolk, VA and graduated from the University of Virginia and went to Emory University for law school in 1998. After graduation, he did a judicial clerkship in Norfolk and then practiced commercial litigation for approximately 4 years, followed by corporate law for 18 years in Richmond, VA. He is married with two children, ages 19 and 16.
