We are thrilled to feature Alisen Booker for Employee Spotlight! Alisen is our Office Manager for our Enterprise Division. Alisen joined VSC in 2023 after wanting a career that she could excel and grow in.
“VSC is truly like working with family. Everyone is here for one another, and we strive to accomplish the same goal,” Alisen said. Her proudest achievement since joining the team has been becoming someone that others can count on during busy and challenging situations.
Peter Anderson, VP Division Manager for our Baltimore, Maryland Sprinkler Division recalled a time when Alisen went above and beyond. “Recently we had a situation where a customer refused to pay an invoice and had basically written us off. Alisen was persistent and was able to get the invoice paid,” he said. “We appreciate the work she does. She brings a lot of value to us, she is committed and focused on excellence.”
Since joining the team, Alisen has enjoyed working in a fast-paced environment and how it has taught her to prioritize competing responsibilities, adapt to unexpected challenges and collaborate effectively. “VSC stands by our values and shows up for employees when we need it the most,” she said.
In her free time, Alisen can be found spending time with family, playing with her dogs, going to the gym and cooking. She would love to visit Alaska one day.
