Congratulations to our 27 apprentices who are among the latest to complete Level 1 in the AFSA VIP Sprinkler Program, AFSA Inspector Development Program, and IEC Electrical Program! This milestone represents months of dedication, technical training, and hands-on experience.
Our most recent Level 1 completions include 24 AFSA VIP Sprinkler Fitter apprentices representing five divisions: Charleston, South Carolina, Cabot, and Jonesboro, Arkansas, as well as Roanoke and Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Virtual Instruction Path (VIP) curriculum aligns with NFPA 13, Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems (2019 Edition) and combines Sprinkler Fitting textbooks, two live virtual sessions each month, performance tasks, self-study modules, assessments, and on-the-job learning to build a strong technical foundation.
