Julie Gill is the Director of Shared Services at VSC Fire & Security. With over 30 years of finance experience in the construction industry, Julie brings a wealth of operational insight, strategic leadership, and mentorship to her role.  Before joining VSC in 2024, Julie spent 18 years with TopBuild/USI, where she advanced through a variety of finance roles, including Controller for the Pacific Northwest Region, Finance Manager for the Western Region, and ultimately National Credit Manager and ERP Conversion Lead for Credit and Accounts Receivable. Her career reflects a consistent trajectory of growth, innovation, and dedication to excellence.

Julie resides in Boise, Idaho but frequents our Corporate Office in Richmond, Virginia. Outside of work, she’s an avid hiker and is on a mission to conquer trails in all 50 states—a goal that’s gained momentum since her move east, with four more states already checked off her list.  A passionate mentor, Julie enjoys supporting others who share her drive to excel and values collaboration, curiosity, and continual learning in every facet of her career.
