Lisa Jarnagin worked in human resources (HR) for a structural steel fabricator in Little Rock, Arkansas for over 20 years before joining the VSC family. Hired as the HR Manager for AAS/UFS in 2016, she became Regional HR Manager when it was acquired by VSC in 2018. She currently oversees all Human Resource functions for more than 20 offices at VSC.

Lisa has a B.A. in Human Resources as well as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She lives in Cabot, Arkansas with her family.
